Q. How is my site shown on the internet?
A. Once approved we upload your pages to the Internet, these will appear under your chosen domain name i.e. www.newellphoto.co.uk or dance.newellphoto.co.uk
Q. How do people find out about my site?
A. We include in the background of your site keywords, search
engines trawl the web looking for these keywords and also scan the text on your site. The initial submission to the major search engines
is included in your design package, and after a period of time your site will appear in search engines such as Google and Yahoo). You can also give people your web address and they
can enter that direct.
Q. Can I include photographs on my site?
A. Yes, we prefer digital jpeg images, alternatively we can scan in photographs or logos. All photographs, logos and images must be
owned by you or be copyright free. We can also arrange for photographs to be taken for you.
Q. Are you able to design a logo
A. Yes, we can do this for you for an additional charge. Simply give us any ideas you have or let us design it for you.
Q. Can I include anything on my site?
A. Anything that relates to your normal business activities, please see our terms for excluded items.
Q. How do I start the process of getting a website?
A. Complete our on-line form for a no obligation quote and then forward us copies of any business cards or leaflets. Let us know if you have
any design preference. We will start the process and either host an
on-line test site for you to look at or forward you screen shots of the
site for your approval.
Q. How do I pay and when?
A. Forward us the quotation form, we will then give you a cost for the website, we require a 25% deposit and the remainder just before the
site goes live
Q. I would like to use your hosting service for my own website.
A. Simply fill in the Web Hosting Form, make the initial monthly payment and we will advise you log in details. Monthly payments need to be made in advance otherwise the hosting will cease
